The Shows

Multimodal 2012

Since its launch in 2008, the success of Multimodal has escalated beyond expectations. Despite somewhat difficult trading conditions for the industry during this time, Multimodal has seen a phenomenal rate of growth on entering its fifth year, with a rise of 230% in visitor attendance and the exhibition growing bigger in size and content by 245%.

Multimodal was launched with the principal aim to provide the UK & Irish cargo-owning community with a long awaited ‘one stop shop’ where they can compare suppliers, routes and modes, gain invaluable information crucial to helping them become more efficient and effective and enable them to network with other cargo owners.

Market leaders from all areas of the transport and logistics supply chain now consider exhibiting at Multimodal as an intrinsic part of their annual marketing investment and planning. Companies such as APL Logistics, DSV, DB Schenker, Agility, SDV, Malcolm, Ewals, Geodis, Howard Tenens, PD Ports, ZIM, GEFCO, Autostore, Mann Lines, ABP, Kewill, Dachser, Cosco, and Freightliner all exhibit at Multimodal.

In addition, Multimodal has the full support of all the major trade press and trade associations. TIACA, FTA, CILT, RHA, RFG, BIFA and UKWA who all have a presence at the show, with the FTA, RFG and CILT scheduling major association meetings during the event.
